  I wonder why I haven't try this place earlier!
  It has one of the most delicious sandwiches! I we orderd beef turky sandwiches No.14 from the menu. It tastes super delicious. I tried the light lemonade which was perfect. Also, i purchased a cookie. It is delicious, big and full of choclate chips.
  The only thing I haven't like is the service. We had to remind them many times with our order, cups, and they forgot to give us the cookies so we had to ask them again!.

  On Dec 26th, 2017 I wrote a review, I was angry.
   I was upset that my lunch 2.5 hours late. I got on their web site and complained. A manager called apologized and explained that the day after Christmas is usually slow, and when it was not, the manager there that day did not handle it well. I am guessing he/she got an ear full.
   It was nice to get a call. Seldom, these days does anyone cares enough to do simple customer service.

   Their sandwiches are good, and fast. Very Tasty, and the delivery service make my day, when I am busy or the weather is awful.

  Ok, we LOVE Jimmy John's sandwiches and any other location we would give 4 stars but this one is so bad.  The sandwiches are good, like anywhere.  The ice machine is constantly broken.  It's incredibly annoying to be trying to get your lunch there quickly and the staff are taking over the pop machine for all of the to-go orders.  With it being downtown, the lunch crowds are big.  Get a machine in the back, please.  It's cramped, so a big line at the pop machine just makes it worse.  This one is just not run smoothly.

     No sorry, it's just what's up here.

     No sorry, just tomato peppers.

    Yes, do you want them quartered or sliced.

  Getting my 5 subs... They ask me to make sure that I got the right items. And they're asking me all numbers. I said... I don't know what your number mean. But where is my pickle?
  
  They respond... You didn't pay for a pickle.
  
  ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
  
  Never again. Bad service and hard bread equals lost customer.

  Sorry Michigan, this Cali boy has high standards when it comes to Mexican food and Qdoba & Moe's  doesn't cut it.  The best SUBstitute (see what I did there?) Is a great sandwich.  Thank God for Jimmy John's!  Humza helped me out and did a great job.  They were fast; I wasn't even done filling my soda before my order was ready and the food is always delicious, generously portioned and affordable.  Definitely my new go-to spot when passing through Kalamazoo.
